Lia

Lia is a 5-year-old Shar-Pei mix who can be a little timid and shy at first, but once she warms up, she's truly amazing! She enjoys going on hikes and walks beautifully on leash, always taking treats gently. Lia is also comfortable around other dogs, people riding bikes, and joggers, and she's happy to receive pets. She loves to play with her toys and enjoys the company of her "sister" and "mama" at the boarding facility where she's currently staying, eagerly awaiting her forever family.

Ideal Home

Lia would love a home that provides her with consistency, security, and love. She needs a patient family who will allow her to flourish and show her affection on her own terms when she's ready. We are unsure how she would do with cats, but she is recommended for children 10 years and older.

Ongoing Health

Lia is microchipped, up to date on her vaccines, and has been spayed.

Training & Support

Lia walks well on a leash and is gentle when taking treats. She shows no negative reactions to other dogs, bikes, or joggers. Continue to provide a safe and nurturing environment for her to build confidence.
