Meet Loki – a 5-year-old shepherd with a heart full of hope. Loki’s past has been marked by abandonment, though never through any fault of his own. He may shy away from his own shadow, but behind those soulful eyes is a dog who truly longs for affection. With patience, consistency, and gentle love, Loki slowly begins to blossom. It may take a few days—or even a week—for him to feel safe, but once he does, you’ll discover the depth of his devotion. He’s curious about the world but often lacks the confidence to explore it on his own, preferring instead to lean on someone calm, steady, and kind. Loki is searching for that special person who will show him he’ll never be left behind again, someone who can give him the gift of security and love. In return, he’ll offer a bond as soulful and lasting as they come.

Ongoing Health

All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, flea and heartworm prevention, and micro-chipping, has been completed. He has also been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Loki needs patience and consistency to build confidence. He may be shy initially but will blossom with gentle love. He is a rescue animal and will require continued training efforts and understanding from his new family.

Transporation

Loki is located in Angleton, TX, and can be picked up at our location for a fee of $75. He can also be transported to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Transported adoptions have a fee ranging from $150-$500.
