Cookie

Cookie is a sweet 9-year-old, 54 lb. female who was surrendered to us and sadly overlooked multiple times. Once she trusts, she's the most easy-going and low-energy girl! Cookie walks gently on leash, enjoys basking in the sun, and is quiet when observing the world outside. She'd be thrilled to spend her golden years cuddling on the couch with a loving family. At her age, Cookie would likely do best as the only dog in the home, though she might be okay with another calm canine companion. She tends to be a bit aloof and prefers to avoid overtures, and if another dog is too pushy, she'll appropriately let them know she needs her space. We're still getting to know Cookie as she's a new rescue, so stay tuned for more updates!

Cookie would love a home where she can relax and enjoy her golden years. She would likely prefer to be the only dog or may be okay with another low-energy dog.

Cookie is vetted, and will be spayed and micro-chipped.
