Meet Nina, a beautiful 5-year-old Border Collie and Staffordshire mix who weighs 57 pounds. Affectionately known as Nini, she was rescued from BARC in September 2024 after her previous family could no longer keep her due to travel plans. Nina has been living with her foster family in Tomball, Texas, and has blossomed, enjoying life with three canine siblings and three human brothers. She's a highly energetic, athletic dog who loves to run, play fetch, and would thrive in a home with a large backyard or a family that will take her to the dog park regularly. Nina is also extremely smart, as you'd expect from a Border Collie, and has a confident, alpha female personality. She regularly attends doggie daycare, where she's become a favorite among staff and fellow pups. Nina is potty trained, crate trained, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventative medications. If you're looking for a healthy, energetic, protective, and incredibly loving companion, Nina is your girl. She's eager to shower her forever people with endless affection and be their devoted protector for many years to come.
