Ongoing Health
All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, FVCRP vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping, is covered.
Training & Support
Our team works with all our animals to prepare them for adoption, providing behavior and medical care, socialization through playgroups, and one-on-one bonding. We focus on leash training and basic commands. We are looking for adopters who understand that rescue animals may require continued training efforts and patience as they become the best companions they can be.

Transportation
Apricot is located in Angleton, TX. We offer transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Transportation includes a comfortable, air-conditioned bus with drivers and attendants providing 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook Event page with photos and updates. Our Adoption Coordinator will help find the closest transport pick-up location for you. The adoption fee for transported pets is $75, which covers transport and all vetting.
