Margot is a deeply affectionate female Boston Terrier mix who arrived in early June and has been blossoming ever since. She's been seen by a vet and has had her skin and eye addressed and is on the road to recovery. Margot is a loyal companion who stays close to her person and will occasionally raise a paw slowly in the air as a quiet signal that she'd like some attention – it works because she's adorable! She loves to snuggle next to you for hours, and she takes treats with a gentle mouth, sitting politely to receive them. Margot is strong, active, and loves being outdoors, with hiking and exploring being her favorite activities. She's also wicked smart and picks up commands and cues easily.

Margot would do best in a household where she's the only dog. She is wary of certain cars and motorcycles, so a quieter, non-city environment would suit her better than a busy urban setting.
