Mercury (20260522-06)

Mercury (20260522-06) is a part of the Rockstar litter. He and his brothers were lucky enough to find a vet tech with a big heart to take them in and foster them until they are ready for their forever homes. These puppies are a bundle of energy and love. They play well with each other and all dogs they meet. They love the outdoors, finding bugs to chase or weeds to play tug-of-war with. Their parents were small breed mutts mixed between poodle, terrier, and Shih Tzu, and it's felt they will be around 10-15lbs when full grown. Mercury is an adventurous young man with a fun personality. He soaks up all the attention like a sponge. It's super cute when he gets the zoomies, but once he is done, he is happy to snuggle up with you and watch a show, and then do it all over again!

Ideal Home

Mercury would do well in a variety of homes. While he is a puppy and loves to be outdoors, a home with a yard is not necessarily required as long as he receives adequate exercise. He can live in an apartment in the right situation. He is good with women, men, kids, other dogs, and cats. He does not need a home with another dog.

Ongoing Health

Mercury has not yet been spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Mercury is still working on house training but is crate trained. He has not had experience with walks on leash. He can be destructive, as he is a puppy. He is not food aggressive and is not leash reactive to people or dogs. All dogs should be considered flight risks initially until they settle.

Mercury is currently located in South Carolina. Adopters must be able to pick up in Niagara Falls, NY.
