Howard is a friendly, happy boy who loves people and enjoys playing with other dogs. He and his brother were found together after being dumped in a neighborhood. Howard is an adult, large-sized male Husky mix who is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered. He does "talk" a little, which can be common for his breed.
