Andre is a handsome gray Pit Bull mix, just 10 months old, who is searching for a loving forever home. This sweet young boy came to us underweight and malnourished, but thanks to proper care, nutritious meals, and lots of kindness, he has been steadily gaining weight and learning that life can be good. Despite his rough start, Andre has shown himself to be a resilient and deserving dog with so much potential.
Andre can be a little nervous when meeting new people, especially men, and may need some time to feel comfortable in unfamiliar situations. He does best when people allow him to approach at his own pace and give him the chance to build trust. Once he realizes he's safe, his sweet personality begins to shine through, and he enjoys being around the people he knows and loves.
Like many Pit Bull mixes, Andre is affectionate, loyal, and eager to be part of the family. At just 10 months old, Andre is still very much a puppy and will benefit from continued training, socialization, and positive experiences as he grows into adulthood.
