Kamoku & Kasumi

Kamoku, a 14-year-old, 17 lb male Dachshund mix, and Kasumi, a 5-year-old, 38 lb (goal weight 22 lbs) female Cairn Terrier mix, are a bonded pair looking for a forever home together. They were surrendered when their owner's health declined, leaving them without a place to go. Their previous owner cherished them, as evidenced by a decade's worth of holiday photo cards. When separated, Kamoku became withdrawn and stopped eating, while Kasumi exhibited distress. Together, they are mellow, affectionate, and coexist peacefully with other pets and children.

Ideal Home

Kamoku and Kasumi would thrive in a home where they can remain together. They are good with kids, cats, and other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Kasumi is working towards a goal weight of 22 lbs.
