About Elsa

Elsa is a sweet girl who was not well-socialized to humans before coming to our rescue. She is slowly learning to trust, especially when it comes to sudden movements and affection from new people. Elsa has bonded closely with one person in her foster home and will likely find a special person to call her own in her forever home. She takes cues from other dogs, which helps her with house manners like knowing when to go outside and when it's time to come in. While she's not a big fan of group play right now, she enjoys relaxing with her chew toys and is a big cuddle bug! Elsa is potty-trained and does well in her kennel, often choosing to sleep on the bed or couch. She is fantastic with small animals and children, showing no interest in them and letting them be.

Ideal Home

Elsa would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her trust and confidence. A home with another dog to help guide her would be beneficial. A visible fence is required for all our dogs.

Ongoing Health

Elsa's adoption fee includes her spay, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, deworming, and a health certificate for travel.

Training & Support

Elsa is working on building trust and accepting affection from new people. She looks to other dogs for guidance and is already potty-trained and does well in her kennel. She loves to cuddle and relax.

Transportation

Elsa is currently located with her foster family. We have weekly transports to many areas. Northeast transport has a fee of $200, while Midwest and Northwest transport fees range from $225-$350. Southeast transport fees range from $250-$350. Adopters will pay the cost of transport services outside of Texas.
