Fernando has never met a stranger he didn't like, though he can be selective about his dog friends and prefers a cat-free home. After spending a few months in boarding, Fernando is ready to find a foster or forever home where he can truly shine. He'll weigh approximately 75 lbs and is a male, adult Pit Bull Terrier mix.
