Trooper is a handsome 2 1/2-year-old, 60-pound pup with a heart full of love to give! He's a quiet companion who prefers to be by your side, making every day brighter just by being there. Trooper is incredibly smart, house-trained, and kennel-trained. He's a non-shedder and already knows commands like "stay," "come," "lay down," and "quiet." He walks beautifully on a leash, rides calmly in the car, and his greatest joy is spending time with his favorite person. Trooper is a gentle soul who thrives on kindness, encouragement, and consistency. He's not a loud or demanding dog; he simply wants to feel safe and be part of a family.

Training & Support
Trooper is a well-behaved boy who is house-trained, kennel-trained, and knows several commands. He walks nicely on a leash and is good in the car. He has done well with other dogs and ignores barking dogs on walks. His protective instincts are easily redirected because he listens exceptionally well.

Transporation
Trooper is currently located at our Rescue Ranch near Houston, TX. He can be transported to a location near you once a month. The transport fee is $260. Once your application is approved, we can arrange a FaceTime session to meet him. Transport is provided by AJC Rescue & Transport, where dogs are carefully moved via scheduled air-conditioned/heated vans. You will be included in a group chat to track your dog during transport and will receive updates on their location and estimated arrival time. Please note that factors like traffic and weather can affect arrival times, but you will be kept informed of any delays. Dogs on transport stop for breaks, and for their safety, they are crated during the journey.
