Dahlia

Dahlia is a delightful 8-month-old Retriever mix who weighs about 30 lbs. She has a personality that's impossible to miss, and she made herself right at home with us, quickly winning over our hearts. Dahlia is the kind of pup who tilts her head when you talk, as if she's truly listening to every word – and honestly, it feels like she is! She’s a happy, easygoing girl who brings a calm, joyful energy wherever she goes. What really makes Dahlia special is her contagious happiness; she has that pure, youthful joy that makes every day feel a little brighter.

Ideal Home

Dahlia is wonderful with other dogs and loves spending her time romping around the yard or keeping a watchful eye out for the mailman. She is a happy, easygoing girl who brings a calm, joyful energy wherever she goes. She would do well in a family with children. A fenced-in yard is not required.

Transporation

Dahlia is located at HSSM. Transportation is available to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Transports are arranged for specific dates, typically within 1-3 weeks of approving your application. Adopters will meet at a designated meeting spot to pick up their new companions.
