Shelly is a delightful 3-year-old female Chihuahua mix, weighing under 25lbs. She's a bundle of friendly energy, always eager to be by your side for cuddles and playtime. Shelly has a playful spirit and absolutely adores belly rubs, making her the perfect lap dog! She's wonderful with children, but due to her petite size, we are seeking a home without children under the age of 7. Shelly is a loving companion who will surely bring joy to any family. She's recently arrived in New Jersey and is currently in foster care, dreaming of her forever home.
