Philip

Meet Phillip, a 50-pound Staffy mix with a talent for toy flinging and a heart full of love! Phillip is a playful pup who adores his plushie toys, but he also cherishes snuggle time, especially after a successful bath! He may be a little shy at first, but Phillip is a work in progress, building his confidence daily. He's also improving his leash manners and getting along well with other dogs, both big and small. Phillip is good with men and women but is still learning that hands can be used for petting, not for anything scary. He has a moderate to high energy level and needs daily exercise and mental stimulation. Phillip is crate-trained, doesn't dig, but does love his chew toys, so supervised play is essential. He knows how to sit and is learning to control his enthusiasm when treats are involved. Phillip is looking for a patient and loving home where he can continue to grow into a confident and happy companion.

Ideal Home

Phillip would do best in a home that understands he is a work in progress and can provide him with the patience and love he needs to thrive. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended.
