Tom Jones the Squishy Faced Snuggle King

Tom Jones is approximately 5 years old and is described as the "Squishy Faced Snuggle King" and a "certified cuddle bug." He loves to lean into his people, carry his favorite toys, and keep his humans company. Tom recently enjoyed a day out where he met children of various ages and handled every interaction beautifully, showing himself to be a calm, affectionate, and people-focused companion. He was also fantastic at the vet and enjoyed a day at doggy daycare, where he was described as a "loving, happy boy." Tom prefers calm or medium-energy dog friends and takes his time getting to know new pups. He has lived in a home before and is potty-trained.

Ideal Home

Tom would love a home where he can be your ever-present shadow. He is not a fan of cats.

Ongoing Health

Tom is up-to-date on all vetting and has no known health conditions.

Training & Support

Tom is potty-trained and has good manners. He would benefit from continued leash-walking practice to help him strut confidently on future adventures. He is a great candidate for apartment living if his leash skills continue to be worked on.

Transporation

Tom is located in Texas and can be transported to various locations nationwide via our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
