Vanilla Bean

Vanilla Bean is a sweet, approximately 3-year-old, 50-pound female yellow Lab mix with a heart of gold. She spent her early life outdoors, only to escape and wander, always finding her way back to her original home. After a journey through a local shelter, a kind volunteer saw her potential and took her in. Vanilla Bean is now enjoying life inside a home and truly loves it! She's house-trained, enjoys car rides, and is a champion fetcher. Her caretaker believes she's a Lab/Golden Retriever mix.

Ideal Home

Vanilla Bean would thrive in a home with a yard where she won't be left alone for extended periods. She enjoys the company of other dogs and has been playful with older children. However, due to a sensitivity with her rear end, she should not go to a home with young children. We are unsure how she would do with cats.

Ongoing Health

Vanilla Bean is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her Rabies and distemper vaccinations. She appears to be in good health.

Training & Support

Vanilla Bean is not crate-trained. She does not like her rear end being touched, which may stem from past experiences.
