Hello there! My name is King, and I'm a distinguished 8-year-old Pit Bull Terrier looking for a loving place to spend my golden years. I'm a big boy, weighing in at a healthy 85 pounds, and I've got a whole lot of love to give! I came to Wags from a local shelter after my previous family had to surrender me. I was a bit worried, but thankfully, I'm a gentleman with a sweet disposition.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home where I can be cherished and showered with affection. I absolutely love to snuggle and firmly believe I'm a lap dog, so a comfy spot on the couch or sharing your bed would be pure heaven for me. I also enjoy playing with toys and love a good bully stick or a treat from the grill!

Ongoing Health

I'm in great health for my age, though I do have a few lumps and bumps. One larger lump was examined by a vet, and they advised against removal as it might just grow back. Aside from that, I'm doing wonderfully and just need a cozy retirement home.

Training & Support

I'm already house-trained and get along well with other dogs. My main needs are love, good food, and plenty of opportunities for cuddles!
