Saguaro

Hello, my name is Saguaro! I'm a bundle of floppy-eared joy with a cute white stripe down my face. I came from New Mexico with my five siblings, and while I'm still getting used to this Minnesota weather, I'm thrilled to be here and ready for adventure! I love to cuddle and even have a special hop when I'm running. My favorite activities include chasing balls and playing tug-of-war until I'm happily worn out, then I'm ready for some serious snuggles. I'm a very food-motivated pup, and a good belly scratch sends my tail into overdrive! When my foster family comes home, it's pure bliss! My dream day would be filled with lots of play and cuddles, and my ideal toys are tennis balls and squeaky stuffed animals. I can play all day, but I also really appreciate a good snooze in a warm lap. I love everyone and can't wait to meet my forever family!

My dream family will play with me, give me plenty of belly rubs, and let me sleep in their lap!

Ongoing Health

I'm still working on my potty training and getting better every day. I sleep in my kennel at night, though I sometimes join my fosters for a cozy sleep.

Training & Support

I'm learning "sit" and doing very well! I'm also food motivated, which makes training a breeze. I'm interested in my foster cat siblings but mostly leave them to their own devices. I love playing with my foster dog siblings, engaging in tug and just running around. I can be a little submissive and dominant with other dogs, depending on who I'm playing with.
