Meet Kelso, a 5-month-old German Shepherd Lab mix with a fun and affectionate personality! Kelso absolutely loves spending time with his people and is eager to please, making him a wonderful companion.

True to his breed mix, Kelso is expected to grow into an energetic and intelligent dog who will thrive with an active family. He'll benefit from regular exercise and plenty of mental and physical enrichment to keep him busy and happy.

As a young pup, Kelso will continue to benefit from ongoing socialization, positive reinforcement training, and exposure to new experiences. At times, Kelso can be a bit shy, but with guidance, consistency, and love, he's sure to grow into a confident and well-mannered companion. Kelso can be shy at times and will benefit from continued positive reinforcement training, socialization, and exposure to new experiences to build his confidence.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• You can also visit our center to meet Kelso during adoption viewing hours (Friday to Wednesday, 12pm to 5pm) and apply in person.
• Alternatively, submit an online application via adopt.spca.bc.ca. Our staff will contact the first suitable adopter to schedule a visit. Please note that due to the high volume of applications and walk-in adoptions, online applicants must be available for a meet-and-greet within 24 hours of being contacted.
• The more information you provide about yourself and what you're looking for in a canine companion, the better we can match you with an animal!
