Jake - hound litter of 9

Meet Jake, a playful 15-week-old hound mix with a heart full of puppy love! Weighing around 20 pounds, Jake is one of nine adorable puppies who were sadly discarded by their owners at a high-kill shelter when they were just six weeks old. Their mama was kept, but these little ones were left behind. We're keeping our fingers crossed that mama will be spayed soon to prevent this from happening again. Jake is currently being fostered in the south and is eagerly awaiting a freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet his forever family! He's brimming with the typical puppy exuberance, curiosity, and undeniable cuteness. Jake is a social butterfly who loves meeting new people and can often be found splashing with his doggy and human pals in a kiddie pool!

Ideal Home

A home with a fenced-in yard would be wonderful for Jake to safely romp and play as he grows.

Ongoing Health

Jake is up-to-date on his puppy vaccinations and will need to be neutered when he's old enough.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Jake will need patience and consistency as he continues to learn house training.
