Josslyn is a sweet, approximately adult female Pit Bull Terrier mix who is new to our care. We are still getting to know her, but we are excited to share her journey with you! She is a precious soul who will surely bring joy to her forever home.

Training & Support

Josslyn is noted as "No" for house-trained. We recommend slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions with any existing pets in the home, allowing time for decompression.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members should be present to meet dogs.
• Dog-to-dog meet and greets can be arranged with proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your current dog(s).

Transportation

Josslyn is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome and helped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning to adopt the day you visit, please plan to arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm will still be able to view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7pm.
