He was found in the Texas heat, trapped in a cage on an apartment balcony with a Chihuahua, enduring long, quiet days without the love he deserved. Despite his past, Rocky's heart is incredibly full of love! Now safe at the sanctuary, he's discovered the joy of living, loves being part of a pack, running freely, and soaking up all the attention he can get. He greets everyone with excitement, trust, and a hopeful heart. Rocky has been in rescue for a while and keeps getting overlooked, which we truly don't understand because he is loving and ready for his forever home. He just needs someone to see him and choose him, someone who will never leave him behind again. He's waited long enough! Could you be the one to give Rocky the life he's been hoping for?
