Mesa

Hi there! My name is Mesa, and I'm a playful pup with adorable white mitten paws, floppy ears, and a fluffy tail. I love to hop around like a bunny when I'm playing with my toys, and when I get really excited, I get the zoomies and race around the house! I made the journey all the way from New Mexico to find my forever home. My mom was a pitbull mix and my dad was a boxer.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home with a big yard where I can run and play to my heart's content! I'd love to have some other canine siblings to romp around with, and I'm great with kids. Lots and lots of toys are a must for my dream home!

Training & Support

I'm doing very well with potty training and even use the bells on the door to let my foster parents know when I need to go out. I'm working on my kennel manners and my foster parents are making it fun with kennel games! I've already mastered "sit" and am working on "stay," "place," "come," and "down." I'm also focusing on recall, impulse control, and focus. My biggest motivators are treats and toys, so training is a blast! I can be a little dominant when I'm scared, but I'm submissive when I'm comfortable.
