Tilly is located in Houston, TX. Transport is available out of state to Eastern states weekly and to Western states bi-weekly or monthly. Ground transport is provided via third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. Adopters can track the transport using the Life360 app and will receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for transport tracking.
