Redford

Meet Redford, a gorgeous, one-year-old pup with a sleek build and the most innocent puppy-dog eyes you've ever seen! Whether he's flashing a sweet smile or just looking for direction, his face is sure to melt your heart. Redford is still learning the ropes of leash walking and can be a bit wiggly as he explores his temporary home at the shelter, criss-crossing to catch every interesting scent.

Redford arrived as a stray and, sadly, was never claimed. Now, he's ready to trade his shelter stay for a loving forever home! He's been a friend to all the volunteers since day one.

Ideal Home

Redford might be a bit too much dog for very young children. We don't know how he'll do with cats yet, but he might be inclined to chase if they're on the move. He's curious about other dogs and will announce himself with a "hefty woof," so if you have canine companions, we'll arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure good vibes all around.

Ongoing Health

Redford is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Redford is not yet house-trained. He's still mastering leash manners, so patience and positive reinforcement will be key to his success.

• You can visit adoptable dogs on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3 pm, or by appointment.
