Tux Fancy Pants

Meet Tux Fancy Pants, the world's most dashing gentleman in a built-in tuxedo! With his shiny black coat, floppy ears, and a smile that could melt a glacier, Tux is the perfect blend of handsome, goofy, and heart-meltingly sweet. He's about a year and a half old, a Lab/Pitty mix (our best guess!), and a walking ray of sunshine wrapped in fur. Tux is happiest when he's near his people, soaking up cuddles and compliments. He's a total snuggle bug who loves to lean against you or flop onto his back for belly rubs.

Ideal Home

Tux is hoping for a home with a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and do zoomies. Apartments are not his thing; he's more of a suburban country club kind of guy. He'd love patient, loving humans who appreciate a bit of goofiness and maybe another friendly, calm dog.

Ongoing Health

Tux is up to date on all his vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he is microchipped.

Training & Support

Tux is working on his leash skills and prefers open spaces over city sidewalks. He is potty trained and sleeps through the night.

Transporation

Tux is located in Texas and can be transported to select locations nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. We offer drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Transport includes real-time tracking, photo updates, and a private Facebook event page. A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
