Meet Brunson - The Big Hearted. This sweet 2-year-old, 25-pound pup has a heart as big as they come! Brunson's journey started rough when he was abandoned behind a building in Puerto Rico. For over a month, he bravely navigated the wilderness, trying to befriend other dogs despite facing repeated attacks. Even after all he endured, Brunson remained hopeful and trusting. Thankfully, rescuers found him and brought him to safety.

Now in foster care, Brunson has truly blossomed! He's the most affectionate and cuddliest companion, happiest when snuggled up with his favorite people. He's a calm and sleepy boy who prefers cozy couch cuddles over mischief. Brunson adores everyone he meets and gets along wonderfully with children, cats, and other dogs. His foster family says he's the type of dog who just wants to give and receive love.
