Munch in MO

Hi there, my name is Munch! I'm a 4-year-old, 30-pound Boston Terrier mix who found myself a bit lost and ended up in a shelter. Luckily, I'm now being fostered in Kansas City, MO, and I'm ready to find my forever family! I'm an affectionate and social boy who loves being in the middle of everything, whether that's playtime or snuggling up on the couch. I'm also a confident fellow and a smart cookie who is very treat-motivated, which makes training a breeze. I already know how to sit, and with a little more guidance, I'm sure I can learn even more! I'm comfortable in my crate for sleeping and when I need some quiet time. I'm also happy to report that I'm leash-trained and enjoy my walks, and I ride well in the car.

Ideal Home

I would do best in a home with a 6-foot fenced yard. I can live with just one dog if they are similar in size and don't mind me being the alpha, or I'd be happiest as the only pet in the home as I don't back down from a challenge. I'd also prefer older children, as I'm still learning how to greet people calmly.

Ongoing Health

I'm happy to report that I have no known special needs or health issues!

Training & Support

I'm working on my housetraining and would benefit from continued training, especially with greeting people and learning new commands. My foster family says I sometimes bark, but I'm generally confident.
