Brandy

Brandy is a sweet and gentle Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix who was found in a hog trap. Sadly, no owner ever came forward to claim her. Despite her rough start, Brandy is incredibly loving and appears to be house-trained. She's shown that she can get along with children 10 and older, though she can be a bit nervous at first. She has not been around toddlers or younger children. While her compatibility with cats is unknown, she does get along well with other dogs and is quite submissive. She will be vetted shortly.

Ideal Home

Brandy would do best in a home without toddlers or very young children. She needs a patient family who can help her feel comfortable and secure.

Training & Support

Brandy is very submissive and may need some gentle guidance to build her confidence. She appears house-trained, which is a great start!
