Micaela is a approximately 2-year-old Husky who is on a journey to healing and a brighter future. She arrived at the shelter in pain from a fractured jaw and significant dental issues. Despite her past suffering, Micaela has shown incredible resilience and a gentle spirit. She leans into gentle touch and watches her caregivers with grateful eyes, showing that she is learning to trust again. Micaela is also heartworm positive and has begun slow-kill treatment. She is expected to live a completely normal, pain-free life once her treatments are complete.
