Meet Scrappy! This handsome 2-year-old mixed breed might have a tough-sounding name, but beneath that is a tender heart just waiting to be loved. Scrappy can be a bit vocal in the busy shelter, but once he's out and about, he reveals his true gentle and affectionate nature. He absolutely adores attention, leans in for cuddles, and will happily roll over for belly rubs once he feels comfortable and safe. Scrappy is eager to connect and promises to be a loyal companion to the right person.
