Meet Lainey, a beautiful girl with a heart and soul bigger than her body! Lainey was brought in as a stray in November 2025 to Dallas Animal Services with no known background, and she’s estimated to be around three years old. She’s currently in a loving foster home in Addison, Texas.
Lainey has truly bloomed under her foster’s care. Her personality is that of a cozy couch potato who enjoys sleeping with her stuffed animal babies. She loves to follow her foster's two-year-old around the house and is wonderful with children, especially littles. She's also been dog and cat friendly! Lainey enjoys long walks and stays right by your side without pulling on the leash. She rarely barks and is generally a very quiet companion. Potty training is going very well, and she hasn't had an accident in a long time!
Ideal Home
Lainey would prefer a home with calmer pets, as she can get nervous around loud or energetic dogs and will try to hide. Loud noises from people and toddler tantrums do not bother her.
Ongoing Health
Lainey is currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment. This treatment is fully covered by Mutts N Such Rescue.
Training & Support
Lainey is already doing very well with potty training. She is a quiet and well-behaved companion.
