Camper is a handsome boy with soft fur and medium energy. He's happy to entertain himself but also loves a good cuddle on the couch. This sweet pup is ready for any adventure you have in mind, or simply to be your loyal companion for some quality downtime. He's the best of both worlds and is sure to bring a smile to your face!

Ongoing Health

All dogs adopted from Chicago Animal Care and Control are spayed/neutered and vaccinated before they go to their new homes.

Training & Support

Camper is not yet house-trained, so he will need patience and consistency in his new home.

• Applications to adopt Camper start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members should be present for the meet-and-greet, especially those under 18 and any decision-makers.
• We recommend and can arrange dog-to-dog meet and greets if you have other dogs. Please bring proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your current dog(s).

Transporation

Camper is currently located at Chicago Animal Care and Control, 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome daily from 12pm to 7pm. If you plan to adopt on the day of your visit, please arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm can still view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7pm.
