Rory

Rory is a bundle of fluffy joy! This sweet pup is looking for a loving family to call his own. Rory is playful and curious, and is sure to bring endless smiles and cuddles into your home. He's got all the makings of a wonderful companion, ready to grow into a majestic Great Pyrenees.

Ideal Home

Rory is a puppy and should be placed in a home with youthful, playful resident dogs who are at least 50 pounds. He needs a family member who is home at least part of the day, as he should not be left alone for more than 6-8 hours. Preference will be given to homes with Great Pyrenees experience. A secure, visible fence and a socialization plan are required. Rory is a family pet and will live inside the home, not as a livestock guardian.

Ongoing Health

Rory's adoption fee includes spay or neuter, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, and deworming.

Training & Support

Rory will benefit from a solid foundation and mentorship from an adult resident dog. He will need a socialization plan to help him thrive as a family pet. Wags offers lifelong support and advice for all of our adopted dogs.

• Adoption fee is $450, which covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, flea prevention, and deworming.
• Personal pets must be up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm/flea prevention, and be altered.

Transportation

Rory is located at our rescue. We have weekly transports to many areas. If you find a Pyr you love, you can have them home that week or the following! Transport fees outside of Texas vary by location.
