Hey there, I'm Reggie! I'm a handsome 10-year-old Beagle with a heart full of hope and a future ready to be written. I'm looking for a fresh start, and I promise I'm not letting my past in a testing facility hold me back. I'm a smart, inquisitive fellow, and my food motivation makes training a blast! I'm a sensitive soul who needs patience and a whole lot of love to truly bloom. I'm not asking for pity, but for a family that understands I'm starting over and will stick with me through thick and thin.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a family who will give me the time, love, and patience I need to adjust to the world outside of a kennel. A fenced yard is a must for my safety and to give me a place to zoom! I would love to have another canine companion to learn from and play with, or at least a home where I can have regular playdates with other friendly dogs. A solid, consistent routine would be wonderful as it helps me understand my new life. I'm not sure how I'd do with kids or cats, so that's something to consider.

Ongoing Health

I'm neutered and up to date on all my vaccinations. I'm working through some behaviors related to my past, but my foster mom says I'm making fantastic progress!

Training & Support

I'm still learning some new tricks, like potty training (though I'm doing great so far!), and I can experience some separation anxiety. I also tend to be a bit protective of my bones and toys, so I'll need some guidance in sharing. I really don't like kennels, so a home environment is key. Positive reinforcement training is highly recommended and a great way to build our bond.
