Phil D is a one-year-old, 18-pound Terrier mix with a mellow and easygoing personality indoors. He's always up for a game of fetch or a little wrestling session if you are! This sweet dog is sure to keep you smiling. Phil D has a charming habit of collecting little "treasures" and bringing them to his favorite spots around the house. Shoes, for example, are more likely to be gently relocated than chewed – he simply seems to enjoy carrying things around and inviting you to join in the fun. He loves burrowing under blankets, exploring cozy corners, and discovering small objects that catch his interest. Most of all, Phil D loves being close to his people. Whether he's curled up beside you on the couch or following you from room to room, he's happiest when he's near his humans.

Training & Support
Phil D is potty trained and does not bark when left alone indoors. Like many young dogs, he can be a little vocal when he hears unfamiliar noises or spots people and dogs outside. On walks, he sometimes expresses his excitement by barking when he sees new people or canine friends and is still building confidence with the sights and sounds of the world around him. With continued guidance and exposure, he continues to make progress and is eager to learn. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is currently being fostered with two canine companions.
