DOUGAL

Dougal is a 75 lb, approximately 2-year-old Sheepadoodle who is a true gem. He's an easy-going and laid-back boy who gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Dougal is so chill that his foster family often forgets he's around! He prefers to stay inside in the air conditioning during the heat of the day, but as the temperature cools, he loves to come out and play with his buddies, enjoy a chew treat, and chase squirrels.

Ideal Home

Dougal needs a fully fenced and secure yard where he can safely play. He is not a good fit for a home with children under the age of 8.

Ongoing Health

Dougal tested positive for heartworms and has completed his treatment. We expect him to test negative in 4 to 6 months.

Training & Support

Dougal appears to be well-house-trained. He is also leash-trained, but he does pull and will need a strong hand.
