Addie is a sweet and timid 5-month-old Terrier/Chihuahua mix who weighs just under 10 pounds. She absolutely loves her toys, engaging in silly play with other pups, and is quite the character when she's sleeping in funny positions. Meals are also a big hit! Addie can be a bit cautious around loud noises and prefers not to be grabbed too quickly. She's also looking for canine friends who aren't too "in her face" or prone to chasing. Once she feels comfortable, Addie is a wonderful snuggler and lap dog, though she's more likely to cuddle up once you come to her.
Ideal Home
Addie would do best in a home without small children. She needs a securely fenced yard and is not yet leash-trained. Potential adopters should be prepared to give her patience and time to warm up. Introducing her to any resident dogs via a meet-and-greet is highly recommended.
Ongoing Health
No specific health conditions are mentioned in her listing.
Training & Support
Addie is working on her potty training and can use pee pads or go outside. With more opportunities to go outside, she could be fully potty-trained. She is crate-trained. Addie will need patience and training to help her come out of her shell.
