Butterscotch is sweet as pie and ready to wiggle her way right into your heart! She's a perfectly squatty, slightly chunky little potato with incredible wrinkles, beautiful green eyes, adorable white socks, and a golden glow. Her personality is even better than her cute looks; she's a quiet shadow who quietly works her way into your heart and becomes your favorite companion. She loves to be close to her humans, is a big cuddler, and enjoys belly rubs and booty scratches. While she's a cuddle bug, she also enjoys getting outside, wandering around the yard, and enjoying the sunshine. She sometimes enjoys zoomies with other dogs before settling down for the night. She's content with a good chew stick and might get excited by squirrels due to her hunting dog instincts.

Ideal Home

Butterscotch would do well in either a house with a yard or an apartment. She would absolutely love having a backyard to explore, as being outside is one of her favorite things. She would enjoy a companion that has a calm tempo, but she would also be happy as an only pet. She needs a cat-free home as cats are too exciting for her.

Training & Support

Butterscotch may need a little time to fully decompress after going home, as she took a couple of weeks to settle into her foster home. Once she settles, she becomes a devoted shadow dog.
