Meet Sally! Sally is a professional cuddler and a total love bug who believes personal space is overrated. If your dream dog wants to be as close to you as physically possible, you've found her! Sally was found living under a trailer with her puppies after being neglected. Neighbors helped feed her and her babies, and eventually asked to take her in. Now Sally is safe in a loving foster home, and her tough times are behind her.
Sally is pure, unconditional love wrapped up in a 30-pound package. She is wonderfully affectionate and adores everyone she meets, especially kids. She also gets along well with other dogs, though she appreciates slow, proper introductions. She'd be just as content as your one and only, because people are truly her favorite. Like the smart cattle dog she is, Sally learns quickly. She picked up potty training and leash walking with ease. She's currently working on crate training, but she isn't a fan and is surprisingly talented at escaping! She has been trustworthy in the house and hasn't shown destructive behaviors, so she may not need to be crated once she's settled into her forever home. Although Sally is only about a year old, she has an old soul. Her rough start in life seems to have given her a calm, appreciative outlook. She'll happily join you for hikes, road trips, or any adventure, but coming home to curl up on the couch is just as exciting. Sally has spent enough of her life wondering where her next meal or safe place to sleep would come from. Now all she needs is a family who will love her as fiercely as she'll love them.

Sally thrives on close companionship and would love a home where she can be your constant shadow. She gets along well with other dogs and children, but is also happy to be your one and only.
