Jake

Jake is a lovable and goofy boy who enjoys chasing all sorts of things that fly through the air, like bugs and lizards! He might be a bit of a hunter, but he rarely catches his prey. When Jake first arrived, he was not in good shape. He was underweight and had a very rough skin condition. Thanks to time, proper nutrition, and lots of love, he's transformed into a handsome fellow who just wants to be cherished. Jake's past was tough, but we're hopeful he'll soon find a loving forever home where he'll never have to worry again.

Ideal Home

Jake would love a home where he can continue to feel safe and loved. He gets along well with other dogs. He has shown he does not do well with cats.

Ongoing Health

Jake has made a full recovery from his previous skin condition and is now a healthy boy.

Training & Support

Jake is house-trained and knows basic commands. He's a smart boy who will thrive with continued positive reinforcement and a loving family.
