About Bandit AW

Hi there! My name is Bandit, and I'm a super-special female German Shepherd mix with a hint of Husky flair. I was born on July 21, 2025, and I'm already a big girl, weighing in at 71 pounds. I'm spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations and preventions. I promise to be the perfect patient, especially if you hide my medicine in some tasty wet food!

I'm full of energy and love to play, just like any young Shepherd. My ideal family would be active and enjoy spending time outdoors. I love to chase balls, chew on bones, and play with my siblings. I'm also great with big dogs – my best friend is a Great Dane! Be warned, though: stuffed toys don't last long with me; I love to turn them into a winter wonderland!

When it comes to people, I'm a total sweetheart. I love to snuggle and give kisses, and I'll melt right into your lap if you rub my chest or belly. I'm also great with kids, but sometimes I get a little too excited and might accidentally knock over the little ones – don't worry, I'll apologize with plenty of kisses! I'm not sure how I'd do with a friendly feline, as the cat at my foster home prefers to keep her distance.

Ideal Home

An active family that enjoys playtime and being outdoors would be perfect for me.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccines and preventions.

Training & Support

I am house-trained and use a doggy door. I'm still working on crate training and getting more comfortable meeting new people. I can be a little reserved at first, but with patience, encouragement, and a few treats, I warm up quickly.
