This is Raya, a happy, resilient, and hilarious young girl who has overcome so much. She's playful, goofy, and athletic, with a unique way of hopping like a deer when she gets the zoomies! Raya loves adventures, whether it's walks, car rides, or exploring. She thrives with an active lifestyle and would love a fenced-in yard to safely enjoy her playtime. Once the fun is done, Raya wants nothing more than to be close to her people, cuddling on the couch or even taking over your bed! She's looking for a family who wants their dog to be a true member of the household and is excited to give her all the love and attention she deserves.
Ideal Home
Raya needs a home that can provide her with plenty of adventure and companionship. A fenced-in yard is a must for her to safely explore. Due to her need for slow introductions and potential for excitability around cats, Raya would do best in a cat-free home. She would also likely be happiest as the only dog in the household, though she can do well with other dogs after proper introductions.
Ongoing Health
All dogs are cleared by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped.
Training & Support
Raya can experience some separation anxiety and may need a sturdy crate when left alone. If you are gone for 8-10 hours most days with little time together, Raya may not be the best fit. She needs slow, positive introductions to new people and other dogs.

Transportation
Raya is currently located in South Mississippi. We offer virtual meet-and-greets and can arrange transport to many states in the Northeast. Transport to the city on this listing arrives late on a Friday evening at Buc-ee's in Kodak. We cannot adopt to Rhode Island due to import restrictions.
