Hi there! I'm Cuddle, a sweet and affectionate girl who is ready to find my forever home. My past wasn't the easiest, as I lived in a kennel for over a year. Despite that, I'm a remarkably well-adjusted pup who loves to be around my people and soak up all the attention! I'm eager to connect and bond with my new family. I'm working on my potty training, but I have no bite history and am ready for my new adventure!
Ideal Home
I'm an active and social girl with a high energy level, so I need a home where I have plenty of space to explore and play. Apartment living isn't for me – I need a larger area with more predictability. I might do well with sturdy, dog-savvy kids of most ages, but any children will need to meet me first to ensure we're a good match. I also tend to get a bit enthusiastic when seeking affection, so I'd do best with adults or children who are comfortable gently redirecting my excitement. Slow and supervised introductions are always recommended if you have cats.
Ongoing Health
I don't need any medical procedures before going home and am all set to go!
Training & Support
I'm working on my potty training, and with patience and positive reinforcement, I'm sure to get the hang of it quickly! It's recommended that I attend positive reward-based obedience classes, including one private lesson, as part of my adoption. Given my history, I might need a little time to settle into my new environment, so understanding and patience will go a long way in helping me build confidence.
