Meet Lancelot! Estimated DOB December 2023. This GIANT boy is a GIANT ball of energy, excitement, and love! He came to us as a stray and now he's ready to find his forever place in the world. Lancelot is a Poodle, Cane Corso, Mastiff mix, and he is extremely tall, big, and very strong! We are working on Lancelot's leash skills and overall training, but his forever family should be prepared to continue that training, and experience working with giant breeds is always a bonus! This boy would do great with some room to stretch his legs and maybe even a canine friend to play with! He does well in our playgroups here, but can be a little bit bossy and overwhelming for other pups, so a confident, playful, tolerant friend would be right up his alley! Lancelot loves toys and will chase a stuffy all day long, and he is also very affectionate and sweet. When Lancelot is really excited to see you, he will jump up on you or even give a tiny excited nip (he does not have an ounce of aggression in his body!). Because of that, we think a home without small kiddos (10+) is probably the best fit for him. He is sweet as can be, but his energy can be hard to reign in, and he doesn't know his own strength – he thinks he's just a baby! Lancelot is a really wonderful guy, and we would love to see him find his forever home. He would likely do best in a home without kitties, and we would be happy to introduce him to resident dogs in the home before adoption.
