Sadie is a charming 3-year-old Terrier/Border Collie mix who is patiently waiting for her forever family. She's been with us since June 2023, but don't let that fool you – Sadie is an absolute gem who excels in a home environment. She recently spent two weeks in a foster home where she proved to be the definition of "low-maintenance." Sadie had zero accidents, remained remarkably calm, and knows how to quietly occupy herself while you go about your day. She's not a clingy dog; instead, she prefers to find a cozy spot nearby to keep an eye on you, making her an observant and naturally alert companion.
Ideal Home
Sadie would thrive in a household that appreciates a calm, chill dog who offers loyalty without needing constant physical affection. She's best with children ages 5 and up who can respect her independent nature. Sadie also enjoys the company of other dogs, especially males, and while she's social, she likes to be the "boss" of the pack at times.
Ongoing Health
Sadie is heartworm positive. She is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. A health certificate, exam, and fecal test will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Training & Support
Sadie is a food-motivated girl, which makes training a breeze! She's already a crate queen, settling in nicely at bedtime, and is a dream on walks, showing no pulling or chaos.

Transportation
Sadie is currently in Oklahoma and can be transported to various locations across the country. Designated city stops are available in the Pacific Northwest (OR, ID), Northeast (NY, NJ, CT, PA, MD, VA), Midwest (IL, IN, MI, OH, MN, IA), and West/Mountain regions (CO, WY, UT).
