Chloe

Chloe is a beautiful 2-year-old, 44 lb Standard Poodle who is ready to start her new life filled with safety, kindness, and love. Chloe, along with other Standard Poodles, came to us through Humane World for Animals Canada after being rescued from a situation of neglect and unsanitary conditions. While Chloe still carries emotional scars from her past, her progress has been remarkable. She is slowly learning to trust humans again and is achieving milestones every day. Chloe is looking for a special person or family who can continue to help her heal, offering patience and compassion as she navigates the challenges of recovery.

Ideal Home

Chloe would thrive in a calm, adult-only household with individuals experienced in caring for shy or traumatized dogs. She needs a home where someone is present most of the time, as she has experienced isolation. A gentle, confident canine companion could also be beneficial for her.

Ongoing Health

Chloe is a survivor and is still on her journey to fully heal from her past experiences.

Training & Support

Chloe is learning to trust and adjust to a new life. She will need continued patience and understanding as she settles into a new routine and learns what it means to be part of a family.
