Cleo, an adult female who appears to be a Carolina Dog mix, was found tied outside a shelter in East Texas. She was incredibly happy to be free of her leash and is a joy to be around, loving to play and interact with people. Cleo is a medium-sized dog with a bright personality and a desire to stay active and engaged, traits common to her breed. She would likely enjoy the company of another dog for playdates, but her prey drive means she might not be the best fit for homes with cats.
